Education, Wellness, and Incentives
We instill safe practices through education and rewards. Project meetings and all-office monthly meetings begin with safety minutes. Our employees are encouraged to make their well-being a priority through a program we call Lifestyle. We make wellness a priority with an active Lifestyle committee, a wellness incentive plan, and other incentives for program participation. In 2017, Westwood is introducing a mobile application that encourages healthy behavior across a number of dimensions - physical, financial, growth, and relationships. The actions we take to keep our people alert and encourage healthy behaviors help to minimize accidents and get them home from work, safe and well.
