Micah is an Environmental Scientist and NEPA Lead specializing in regulatory permitting for the energy sector. She has 11 years of experience in multiple aspects of environmental due diligence, regulatory permitting, site assessments, and wetland delineations. She specializes in large-scale site assessments for energy projects including wind, solar, pipeline, and electrical transmission projects, and her experience encompasses the full range of site development activities.

Micah’s knowledge of federal, state, tribal, and local regulations as they apply to the energy sector ensures all regulatory permitting issues are identified in the early stages of project development. She has conducted Fatal Flaw Analyses, field research, field surveys, reporting, and permitting for various energy projects in at least 20 states and has conducted hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments on various property types including large-scale undeveloped land, apartment complexes, restaurants, multi-story commercial buildings, large industrial sites, manufacturing facilities, residential, and retail petroleum facilities.
