Sam C. Jorgensen, PEGeotechnical & Structural Engineering Manager
Sam has more than 12 years of experience with geotechnical, structural, and civil engineering projects. As a senior project manager, he leads a department of specialized geotechnical and structural engineers in the development of utility-scale wind and solar projects. Sam is responsible for project development, engineering design, scheduling, and construction coordination. His renewable energy experience includes project management, geotechnical investigations, foundation design, road design, stormwater design, site layout, specification writing, and permitting. Sam also advises field quality control and material testing staff during construction. In addition to renewable energy, he has worked on projects involving environmental remediation, landfills, coastal revetments, and retaining walls. Sam is an associate of the firm.
