Brad NorlingSenior Biologist | Project Manager
As a member of Westwood’s environmental service group, Brad leads wildlife field studies and regulatory permitting, including eagle take permitting as well as conducting critical issues analyses for wind and solar projects. He has more than 24 years of experience in providing environmental services throughout the western and southwestern United States and has worked for a number of multi-national environmental consulting firms throughout his career. Brad has worked in all of Westwood’s markets including residential and commercial development, wind and solar energy, electric transmission, and oil, gas, and pipeline. He brings considerable experience with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Section 404 and 401, and Endangered Species Act (ESA).
