Tom Goodrum

Tom is a senior planner with over 25 years of experience working in land planning and building a comprehensive knowledge base in government process and development implementation.  His experience covers all aspects of land entitlements in the areas of commercial and residential development, urban land use and redevelopment, comprehensive plans, and zoning ordinances.  
In his role at Westwood, Tom is involved in project management, site design, code and regulation interpretation, public presentation, preparation of narratives and summary findings, and as a government liaison.

Tom's past experience with the Metropolitan Council and as a city planner provides an integral understanding of city and regional land use policies and the knowledge of how to work within them to achieve project approvals. Tom’s successes were driven by his passion toward win-win solutions that lead to community support and client satisfaction.
