Eric Lannen

Eric has over 32 years of experience building and growing full-scale HR functions in six industries: renewable natural gas, oil field services, government services, technology, HR outsourcing, and engineering & construction. Before joining Westwood, he served as the CHRO for Archaea Energy, Basic Energy Services, and DynCorp International. His professional experience also includes HR leadership roles at McDermott International, IBM, Halliburton, and KBR.Eric’s experience gives him valuable insight to lead the team in completing strategic workforce integrations, developing organization processes, and implementing complex HR initiatives. As CHRO and a member of Westwood’s executive team, Eric will use his expertise to create a world-class HR function to support the company’s growth strategy. His extensive knowledge and background will be valuable to the HR team as they design and implement new talent acquisition and retention initiatives, workplace safety processes, and leadership development strategies.
