Overview

At a very desirable location near freeway access, the Gilbert 202 Business Park offers class ‘A’ office warehouse facilities. The high-density site went through careful design and planning so that semi-trucks could access the warehouses. In order to have sufficient space for truck maneuverability, the team worked to acquire extra property from the adjacent land owner. Adequate site plans for ingress and egress of the trucks was also needed to make this project a success.
