OMNNI Associates Acquired by Westwood
Westwood announced today that it completed the acquisition of Appleton, WI-based engineering and architecture firm OMNNI Associates (OMNNI) on June 28, 2019.
OMNNI was founded in 1968 and provides civil engineering, architectural, and environmental solutions for public infrastructure projects. Led by president/CEO Phil Ramlet, PE, the firm is widely regarded for high quality work on bridges, airports, and highways across Wisconsin.

OMNNI will operate as-is through 2019, with integration beginning early 2020. Ramlet and the rest of the OMNNI team will continue to serve clients from their current location in Wisconsin.
