Environmental Due Diligence Lead

Andy leads Westwood's environmental due diligence market. He brings 18 years of experience in environmental regulation, site assessment, and field studies to his projects. His experience includes regulatory analysis, environmental due diligence studies, site investigation, environmental remediation, and regulatory liaison assistance.

Andy is responsible for the management and oversight of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) on residential, commercial, wind, solar, and power delivery projects. He is also responsible for the evaluation, design, and implementation of soil and groundwater remediation plans; state regulatory and client liaison services as it relates to property transactions and/or redevelopment; and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs).

Andy’s daily activities include internal and external business development, managing client relationships, project management, supervising and coordinating field work, peer report review, and providing technical guidance to clients and coworkers. Andy’s depth of experience across markets and services provides added value to the clients he serves.
