Michele has over 33 years of management, engineering, and land surveying experience and has worked across North America, on projects in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, and Canada’s Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Her experience includes working internationally in the aerial cableway industry for major ski resorts and utility companies throughout North America and France, and in the coastal engineering industry with private clients, major resorts, and the major cruise ship lines throughout the Caribbean. She has worked on commercial and residential projects, doing land surveying, project design, and project management.
Previously president and owner of a land development consulting firm in Arizona, Michele’s strong leadership and project management abilities have brought her clients much success. She assessed projects from start to finish, ensuring that potential road blocks were avoided or removed before they arose. Michele knows the value of efficient operations, great client service, and strong, working relationships with government agencies.
Michele specializes in project management, providing options and feasibility for her clients as well as conceptual design, scheduling, cost estimates, value engineering, and engineering review and oversight. In this role, her greatest strength lies in her using state-of-the-art technology in combination with old-fashioned common sense, along with her exceptional skills in communicating, coordinating, planning, and problem solving, all of which lead to successful project completion, both on time and within budget.
