Environmental Due Diligence Lead

Andy leads Westwood's environmental due diligence services. He brings 18 years of experience in property due diligence including the management and coordination of ASTM compliant Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). Additional areas of expertise include evaluating, managing, and implementing soil, soil vapor, groundwater assessment, and cleanup plans prior to and during construction activities. Andy can also identify thresholds for the environmental review processes as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and comparable state regulations. He consults with agencies, prepares and reviews the required documents, and coordinates approvals with local governments and state and federal agencies.
 
Andy’s daily activities include client relationship management, project management, field work coordination, peer report and proposal review, and as a technical guidance source. Andy has worked with a variety of clients including railroads, solar and wind companies, energy storage and power delivery companies, land developers, realtors, engineers, architects, attorneys, and financial institutions. Andy’s depth of experience across markets and services provides added value to the clients he serves.
