Estes Parker, PE
Estes has 15 years of professional experience, a decade of that being dedicated to serving public utility clients. Estes has been at the forefront of the industry in the evaluation and remediation of aging infrastructure and leading system-wide evaluations of asset life at multiple utility companies. He was also the lead author on the electromagnetic frequency (EMF) analysis sections for the first renewable energy project permitted and approved under New York Article X, which is the governing permitting process in the state.
Estes has always been deeply involved with developing staff and fostering client relationships. He’s managed small project teams up through multi-office collaborative groups. Estes also led past efforts to expand business in renewable energy, substation design, LiDAR data, and FERC requirements. Clients have recognized Estes as a person that simply gets the work done under pressure and with aggressive deadlines – a behavior that he’s mentored others to model. Additionally, pivotal career moments for Estes include the bold decision years ago to co-found Main Line Energy Consultants during uncertain economic times, and then years later to shepherd the team through the process of being acquired by Westwood.
