Joanna "Joey" L. Vossen, JD
Joey leads corporate risk assessment and related client management needs. As general counsel and company shareholder, Joey is part of the corporate services leadership team and manages growing needs related to service agreements, regulatory compliance, and strategically integrating business goals with legal resources. In addition to her legal background, Joey also has a graduate degree in urban and regional planning.
Joey began her career at Westwood integrating within the power division using her land development experience to assess opportunities for incorporating distributed energy solutions. Prior to joining Westwood in 2010, she was a land use and regulatory attorney at Larkin Hoffman Attorneys representing land owners, developers, and public entities regarding land development, resource management, and regulatory compliance. At Westwood, Joey combines her skills in real estate, regulatory compliance, and risk management to deliver legal analyses in a fast-paced environment that continually seeks new opportunities for success for both Westwood and its clients.
