Kevin, a Westwood shareholder and member of the executive team, leads Westwood’s Human Resources team. He has been instrumental in implementing recruiting and staffing, leadership development, workplace safety programs, positive employee relations processes, along with other employee inclusion efforts designed to help Westwood achieve its goal of being an employer that competitors respect and employees love. Kevin’s investment in adding key talent has helped triple the size of the organization since joining the company in 2012.
Kevin’s strengths and career highlights stem from over 25 years in the human resources field of practice. His strengths include guiding successful organizational-wide changes, facilitating the people aspects of acquisitions and divestiture, , and collaborating strategically and tactically with leaders across a diverse business portfolio.
