Kevin joined Westwood in 2012 and leads the human resources function and company efforts to add key talent to the organization; people who support the strategic business objectives and ensure client satisfaction. Kevin has helped double the size of the business, through effective recruiting, staffing, and orientation processes. He is responsible for enabling strong business performance through total reward programs, successful training and leadership development activities, effective safety programs, and other employee focused activities. He is a company shareholder and a member of the executive team.
Kevin's strengths and career highlights include building positive employee relations programs, and leading successful contract negotiations, guiding successful organization-wide change and reorganization projects, directing the HR portion of company acquisition and divesture, creating leadership development programs, and collaborating strategically and tactically with leaders across a diverse business portfolio including; Frito-Lay, The Pillsbury Company, and Centex Homes.
