Pat, Director, Land Survey Services Colorado, is a multifaceted professional with over 20 years of diversified experience in leadership, senior-level management, strategic planning, and project management roles with recognized excellence across business sectors. His professional work includes over 15 years of private sector land surveying and development experience, acting in the capacity of owner’s representative, surveyor in responsible charge, and construction manager for the development community in all phases of the entitlement and construction processes. The balance of his career revolved around nearly a decade of public sector experience, including time spent as a public works director and assistant city manager in the City of Alamosa, Colorado.
This diverse experience allows Pat to assess development and construction from both sides of the issue, often finding creative and innovative solutions that result in satisfactory outcomes for all parties.
