Paul joined Westwood in 1986 and was appointed president and CEO in 2010. He has since led the firm through significant evolution and seven-fold growth. Paul received the Zweig Group Jerry Allen Courage in Leadership Award in 2019. This award recognizes his strong leadership and character through challenging economic conditions, leading the firm to emerge strong and positioned for continued success. As a leader, Paul emphasizes a strong culture of integrity and an environment which enables staff to achieve success through personal and professional growth. Paul serves as Westwood’s Chairman on the Board of Directors.
