Sam C. Jorgensen, PE
Sam has more than 14 years of experience with geotechnical, structural, and civil engineering projects. As an engineering manager, he leads a department of specialized geotechnical and structural engineers in the development of utility-scale wind, solar, energy storage, and power delivery projects. Sam is responsible for aspects of project development, engineering design, and construction. His renewable energy experience includes project management, site layout, geotechnical investigations and design, foundation design, civil design, stormwater design, and permitting. Sam also advises field quality control and material testing staff during construction. In addition to renewable energy, he has worked on projects involving environmental remediation, landfills, coastal engineering, and retaining walls. Sam is an associate of the firm.
