Farm & Craft Restaurant
- Construction Staking
Working in the heart of old-town Scottsdale, there is plenty of history and atmosphere that needs to be maintained, even when constructing new developments. There was no way to reconstruct the original building onsite to meet current requirements without impacting the adjacent buildings, so the team worked with the city to develop an approved design that allowed the project to maintain the original footprint and some of the infrastructure.
Meeting Client Requests
The client wanted to offer outdoor dining. The sidewalks along the street and building varied between 15 and 20 feet wide, so there was space. It was a large job to organize the easements and development agreements with the city to make use of the city right-of-way. However, the urban feel created by the outdoor sidewalk dining was well worth the effort.
