Project improvements to this 308-unit luxury apartment community included the addition of attached garages, a high-profile clubhouse, a resort-style swimming pool, maintenance shops, recreational amenities, parking lot enlargements, and off-site improvements to frontage roads.
A Quick Schedule to Beat Competition
The client wanted to complete the project improvements at a highly-accelerated speed. An adjacent community was also under works and our client was concerned about the project being overshadowed by that community’s grand opening announcements.
However, the client also wanted to avoid increased attention brought to the area while the project was still under construction. With this conflict in place, our team worked diligently to satisfy the project’s needs. We were able to speed up the project by three months, beating the adjacent community’s grand opening by a month.
