Jim Clements Joins Westwood

Westwood is excited to share that Jim Clements, PE has joined the team as a Senior Project Engineer. As a professional engineer and certified flood plain manager with over 33 years in the industry, Jim will support Westwood’s commercial, residential, and public infrastructure teams from Westwood’s San Antonio, TX office.

Jim brings extensive experience managing multi-year, multimillion-dollar projects. In his prior roles, Jim designed and managed projects within a broad range of civil engineering disciplines including site planning, commercial development, single- and multi-family residential development, transportation engineering, traffic engineering, pavement engineering, water resources, and stormwater management.

Jim holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an AAS in Engineering Technology from San Antonio College. He is a professional engineer in the state of Texas and California. He is also a member of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) and the Texas Public Works Association (TPWA).
