Westwood is excited to announce the promotion of three team members within its Power Delivery team. These promotions represent strategic growth for Westwood’s Power Division as the market continues to expand across the US.

Dan Baggiani is the new Senior Director of Power Delivery and will focus on leading the market into an exciting future of innovation and growth. Dan has spent 15 years in the power industry as a director, project manager, and professional engineer. His background includes client oversight, strategic planning, engineering, business development, and the execution of power delivery projects. Dan is located in Westwood’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office.

Mike Croteau joins Westwood as a Director of Power Delivery, bringing 17 years of experience in engineering, project management, SCADA, and protection and control of substation projects for government entities and electric utilities. He has worked on projects ranging from 4 kV to 500 kV. As a director, Mike will support the market’s expansion into the southeast and bolster its strategic plan as the team continues to support additional clients and expand service offerings. Mike works in Westwood’s Orlando, Florida, office.

Scott Hagadorn is now Director of Power Delivery. Scott brings 22 years of experience in engineering design, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and building client relationships. He has been successful in many complex power delivery projects, taking the design from conceptual to construction. Scott’s transition to director supports the power delivery market’s continued growth in the northeast and strengthens the management team as Westwood provides additional services to its new and existing clients. Scott works in Westwood’s Rochester, New York, office, and is an associate of the firm.
