One of the major reasons I decided to join the Westwood team was my alignment of values and vision with our executive team. I have often told interviewees and new hires at Westwood that your ceiling is what you make it here. That has been my experience from the very beginning, and I have done my best to take the initiative to grow my career when opportunities arise.

I left Westwood and “boomeranged” after only one year because I knew it was the best fit for me. In the year away, I missed the people I worked with and the culture.
