Your Role with Us: This is a full-time, in-office position where your work will directly contribute to our team's success. You will be responsible for a range of tasks from hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to preparing detailed reports and construction plans. While this role does not have supervisory responsibilities, it offers a pathway to significant professional development within a supportive and energetic team environment.

• Assist Market Leaders (MLs) and Project Managers (PMs) with various admin tasks relating to proposals, Vantagepoint, Smartsheet entry/tracking.
• Proposal support, generation, and expertise.
• System expertise such as Vantage Point and contracting software.
• Assisting with project management/billing reports.
• Data input and integrity management.
• Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting notes for MLs, as requested.
• Other misc. administrative and operational functions as directed by the MLs and PMs such as managing project schedules and client agendas.
• Create letters, memos, correspondence, etc. for the MLs and PMs. Schedule meetings, notify attendees, and coordinate rooms, etc. for the Land Leaders as requested. 
• Serve as backup for Office Administrators, when needed.
• Support agency and client deliveries.
• Perform tasks such as transmittals, printing, and scanning.

• Requesting quotes from contractors for a variety of construction projects ranging from small to large scale;
• Completing thorough quantity take-offs in Bluebeam for construction bid tabulations;
• Preparing and sending shortform contracts from Excel templates to contractors with timely follow-ups;
• Preparing recommendation of award and notice to proceed letters;
• Processing contractor’s pay applications and change orders;
• Keeping files organized in existing filing structures;
• Data entry in Excel;
• Preparation of engineering reports for monthly Board meetings;

The compensation for this position is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualification. Additionally, this is bonus-eligible position, offering further potential for financial recognition based on performance and company success. 

• Performs all aspects of design for high voltage (4kV – 230kV) and EHV (above 230kV) substation projects to include:

  -Ability to work seamlessly with a P&C Designer to develop the above-listed schematics as well as the associated wiring diagrams.
