Work elements may involve some or all the following: estimating, training/mentoring staff, geotechnical investigation field work and in-situ testing, laboratory testing coordination, geotechnical analysis and design, report preparation, and construction monitoring/observation. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in geotechnical site investigations, assign geotechnical laboratory tests, analyze field and lab data, and prepare investigation reports.
• Interpret and analyze geotechnical data to establish type, classification and engineering characteristics of materials.
• Complete or assist with geotechnical engineering analyses including, but not limited to, seepage, slope stability, bearing capacity, rotational stiffness, liquefaction, and settlement analyses.
• Keep management advised of work status, workload, problems, and progress related to work assignments.
• Participate in preparation of proposals, bid documents, construction drawings and design reports.

• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC for all dynamic modeling and EMT analysis deliverables.

• Oversee routine electrical studies in DIgSILENT PowerFactory and ETAP and perform such studies as necessary to assist with team bandwidth.
• Assist with enforcing internal modeling standards, best practices, and quality control procedures.
