This role provides direct leadership to technicians and analysts, ensuring work is executed efficiently, consistently, and to the required quality standards.

The Production Manager is accountable for workload planning, technical oversight, quality assurance, staff development, and production performance across multiple concurrent projects. This role acts as the primary bridge between project management, technical staff, and geospatial leadership to ensure schedules, indirectly budgets, and quality expectations are met.
