Role Responsibility: 

1) Technical Expertise

• Act as the organization's technical advisor in implementing advanced concepts and methods in an assigned area.
• Stay updated on new developments and requirements impacting the organization to recommend program or application changes.
• Review operational procedures to ensure compliance with applicable policies and performance measures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements. 
• Initiate process improvements and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

The P&C Engineer will work with (and provide direction to) other engineers, designers, and drafters to develop project deliverables that satisfy all stakeholder requirements and comply with applicable codes & standards. As part of the broader multi-discipline Substation Team, the P&C Engineer will work with the Substation Project Engineer and other discipline leads to ensure design documents are coordinated and consistent between the Physical, Civil/Structural, Relay Settings, and SCADA teams.
