Frequent travel (2 or 3 nights at a time) within the United States should be expected with some potential for long term travel which could last for a few weeks. The role emphasizes risk reduction, constructability, and field-based judgment, with responsibility spanning NPDES construction stormwater permitting, SWPPP implementation, BMP performance, soil management, reclamation, and final stabilization. The Specialist will bridge the gap between design intent, permit requirements, active construction, and post-construction land use, including agricultural reuse and site reclamation. This role takes full ownership of project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and client relationships across multiple concurrent assignments, and directly leads and develops the civil team(s) assigned to deliver those projects. 

With a minimum of 8 years of total experience, including at least 4 years as a project manager, the Senior Project Manager demonstrates mastery of land development civil engineering principles, cost estimating, construction methods, and alternative delivery approaches. This role is also a key contributor to business development - building client relationships, developing marketing pursuit strategies, and preparing proposals to win new work - and plays an

active role in staff development by training, mentoring, and guiding the professional growth of the engineers and technicians on the team.

The Substation Lead Engineer - Physical will be part of an electric substation design team and will be responsible for the engineering and design of multiple projects ranging from small “quick turn-around” to large complex substations. This position provides the opportunity to directly apply your knowledge of engineering to design projects ranging from 12kV to 500kV. 

As a Substation Engineer - Physical, you will apply NESC, NEC, ASCE and other applicable standards in engineering design and will independently perform engineering analyses, plans and specifications, as well as material procurement and construction documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Division Leader and other leaders within the division.
• Collaborate with other Division Coordinators and Corporate Service representatives to implement company-wide initiatives, business support activities, data management tasks, data validation activities, and process improvements.
• Input, maintain, and verify business-critical data in Deltek Vantagepoint and other ERP/CRM systems used by the division, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Train team members on the standards and effective use of ERP/CRM systems within the division.
• Communicate division administrative standards and processes to the administration and project coordination teams within the division.
• Facilitate aggregation of financial information to the Division leadership including, but not limited to, invoicing, prebill reserves, write-offs, and unapplied cash.

• Support division communication and information management platforms.

The Senior Remote Sensing Technician is responsible for post-processing aerial data to final deliverables supporting multiple markets and users. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all deliverables created from LiDAR and imagery data from both manned and unmanned aircraft, troubleshooting technical issues, and conducting quality control checks. The Senior Remote Sensing Technician will work closely with Remote Sensing Project Leads and other stakeholders to support the successful execution of projects.
