• Operate and maintain both electromagnetic (EM) and ground-penetrating radar (GPR) subsurface utility locating equipment according to manufacturer and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough site investigations to locate and mark underground utilities, including sanitary and storm drain networks, electrical, gas/fuel, water, and telecommunications.
• Utilize specialized equipment and tools to accurately identify subsurface utility lines, features, structures, etc.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure utility information is integrated into project plans.
• Maintain detailed records and reports of utility locations and conditions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate project progress.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations while on-site.
• Travel extensively to various project sites across the country, providing support wherever needed.
• Collect survey field data to document findings and support mapping efforts, as needed.
