The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex and/or multi-service renewable energy engineering projects for Westwood. They will ensure the successful completion of projects within scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality results. The Project Manager will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with service leads to coordinate project activities. In addition, you will provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with service leads to coordinate project activities.

Responsibilities:

• Full accountability on multiple renewable energy engineering projects:
• Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and take corrective action when necessary.
• Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams including civil, electrical, and environmental disciplines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for EPC clients and developers.
• Ensure engineering deliverables align with EPC project schedules and construction milestones.

• Support Lead Engineers and their teams with transportation scopes across wind, solar, and battery storage projects.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to company standards across all transportation deliverables.
• Train Lead Engineers and other Project Engineers on transportation and traffic-related scopes to support individual projects.
• QA/QC work done by Lead and Project Engineers.
• Independently evaluate, select, and adapt standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Communicate with individual counties, towhships, cities, and Authority Having Jurisdictions (AHJs) across the United States to ensure smooth permitting processes.
