The Senior Project Manager is a senior practitioner within Westwood's Land Development team who plays a key role in driving business growth through strategic marketing and work-winning efforts. This position is responsible in supporting the building and expanding of client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing pursuit strategies, and crafting compelling proposals to secure new work for residential, commercial, and institutional clients. In parallel, the Senior Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects - from preliminary studies through final design and construction administration - ensuring that client relationships cultivated through business development translate into successfully delivered, high-quality projects.
