To be successful in this role, the candidate will be familiar with databases and HR software such as HRIS/Payroll systems (Paylocity required) and Applicant Tracking Systems. The HRIS Manager will lead the integrations between Paylocity, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Power BI, and manage the HR Operations team.
