This candidate will be responsible for construction support activities that include, but are not limited to, field training, construction stormwater permitting, compliance, inspections, reporting and technical support for developers and/or contractors with implementation of the site Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans Decommissioning Plans, Spill Pollution Prevention Plans, The position will include both office and field duties in support of renewable energy development markets. Frequent travel (2 or 3 nights at a time) within the United States should be expected with some potential for long term travel which could last for a few weeks. The role emphasizes risk reduction, constructability, and field-based judgment, with responsibility spanning NPDES construction stormwater permitting, SWPPP implementation, BMP performance, soil management, reclamation, and final stabilization. The Specialist will bridge the gap between design intent, permit requirements, active construction, and post-construction land use, including agricultural reuse and site reclamation. With a minimum of 8 years of total experience, including at least 4 years as a project manager, the Senior Project Manager demonstrates mastery of land development civil engineering principles, cost estimating, construction methods, and alternative delivery approaches. This role is also a key contributor to business development - building client relationships, developing marketing pursuit strategies, and preparing proposals to win new work - and plays an
