As a contract manager, you’re responsible for a full range of contract management and administration actions as a part of Westwood’s Legal Team supporting Westwood’s business operations. In this highly visible role, you’ll provide significant contracts guidance and support to the business, project managers, and leadership on all phases of client contracts, subconsultant contracts, certificates of insurance, and the contract lifecycle within our contract management software. This position will require 5-10% travel.

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our Accounting team in Dallas or Plano, TX. This part-time role is responsible for accurately processing daily customer payments, maintaining financial records, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting accounts receivable operations to ensure timely and accurate cash application.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple systems while collaborating with internal teams to resolve payment-related questions and maintain financial accuracy.

Schedule: 30 hours per week, M-F 8:00am-2:30PM

Civil Staff Engineer

In this role, you will perform activities related to the site design of utility-scale renewables projects. This work involves aiding in the design of civil infrastructure such as access roads and work pads. Along with the civil design, other work activities include permitting support and occasional field work. We are seeking an Engineer who shares our passion for high-quality production, client commitment, and a fast-paced work environment. This position will serve as a member of an integrated design team and be responsible for compiling civil design plan sets alongside other disciplines to meet project schedules and budgets, where clear and concise written and verbal communication is imperative.
