• Assist in processing bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls.
• Learn the payroll system such that you can run ad hoc and standard reports to help validate the accuracy of the payroll and to respond to business needs.
• Assist employees with payroll system access (set up and admin), paycheck clarification, paycheck questions, verification of employment, etc., with a helpful, customer-service oriented approach.
• Learn company payroll policies and procedures and Company Handbook such that you can be a resource for the organization.
• Function with an extremely high level of detail. Take to heart that any mistakes will directly impact a person's pay.
• Register and manage payroll-related accounts with applicable states and local jurisdictions.
