Financial Reporting:

• Assist in preparing and ensuring the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of financial records at month-end and year-end.
• Prepare various financial reports and analyses as required by management.
• Manage a team of 2-3 to ensure timely month-end close and reporting.

Accounting Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions.
• Ensure all accounting transactions are processed accurately and promptly.
• Manage and monitor the organization’s accounting software and systems.
• Internal Controls and Compliance:
• Maintain and enforce internal control policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.

Team Mangement:

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Budgeting and Forcasting:

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Special Projects:

• Participate in special projects and initiatives as directed by senior management.
• Support the Controller with acquisition purchase accounting and integrations of acquired companies.
• Support the Controller and other financial executives in various other financial and operational projects, as needed.

• Lead and perform all aspects of civil design and technical solutions for utility-scale renewable projects.
• Provide leadership, management, and mentorship for the design team.
• Define project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements.
• Conduct team meetings and coordinate with other professional disciplines to execute successful project delivery.
• Prepare and provide support with project proposals.
• Prepare budget on assigned projects and review invoicing under the direction of a Project Manager.

As a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 

• Collaborating with Project Managers and the marketing team to respond to prime, sub-consultant, and interview opportunities.
• Crafting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) layouts and creating compelling graphics in line with RFQ requirements.
• Assisting with technical writing, editing, and proofreading content from Project Managers for SOQ submissions.
• Writing and updating resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, and more.
• Developing and refreshing the firm's marketing materials and templates.
• Maintaining and enhancing our marketing database.
• Engaging with professional marketing organizations and contributing to business development initiatives.

• Spatial analysis is the dominant portion of the job duties envisioned for this position, but will be balanced with a variety of cartography, field staff support, and research and development.
• Provide independent data interpretation while effectively maintaining data documentation.
• Create and modify GIS datasets; manage and maintain legacy GIS datasets; develop and implement GIS-based analyses supporting civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, public infrastructure, and survey projects.
