Manage and develop plans and models using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation OpenRoads Designer. Prepare detailed design calculations and construction drawings for bridges, retaining walls, and other miscellaneous structures. Identify and adhere to governing codes for structural design of various elements. Prepare construction cost estimates/quantity takeoffs. Conduct field reviews and construction inspections. Create and submit technical reports, presentations, exhibits, and design calculations. Perform engineering calculations/analyses. Coordinate with government entities, utility service providers and subconsultants. Manage task assignments for budget and schedule adherence. Review and approve project submittals, RFIs and supports field activities during construction. Provide professional and technical support to multiple Westwood projects. Provide day-to-day support and input to internal and external Project Managers.

• Prepare various exhibits and design drawings using AutoCAD Civil3D
• Coordination with agency staff and internal support teams on designs, analysis, and issues
• Preparation of entitlement documents in support of Tentative Maps, Vacations, Zone Changes, Entitlements, etc.
• Calculation of quantities using Microsoft Excel and justification letters using Microsoft Word
• Assist with construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil3D including grading plans; plan and profiles; construction details; storm drain, water and sewer facilities; signage and striping plan
