As a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Project Managers and the marketing team to respond to prime, sub-consultant, and interview opportunities.
- Crafting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) layouts and creating compelling graphics in line with RFQ requirements.
- Assisting with technical writing, editing, and proofreading content from Project Managers for SOQ submissions.
- Writing and updating resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, and more.
- Developing and refreshing the firm's marketing materials and templates.
- Maintaining and enhancing our marketing database.
- Engaging with professional marketing organizations and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Taking on additional tasks to improve company efficiency and foster a positive work environment.
