As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex and/or multi-service projects. You will ensure the successful completion of projects within scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality results. In addition, you will provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with service leads to coordinate project activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Full accountability on multiple storage projects:
• Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and take corrective action when necessary.
• Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.

Environmental Technician

The Environmental Technician will work with a group of experienced biologists and ecologists who provide environmental and regulatory compliance support services to a broad range of clients. This position reports to the environmental group manager and other senior environmental scientists on a variety of environmental tasks including field delineations of wetlands and other waters of the U.S., performing tree surveys, collecting GIS data for analysis, preparing GIS maps and exhibits, supporting stormwater pollution prevention efforts, collecting soil and water samples, construction staking, and construction observation.

The Lead Power Distribution Engineer will be a part of the electric distribution design team and will be responsible for leading teams that are designing multiple projects ranging from small “quick turn-around” to large complex distribution lines. This position provides the opportunity to directly apply your leadership experience and knowledge of distribution lines to assure the successful execution of a wide variety of projects. As a Lead Engineer you will guide younger engineers in the application of NESC, NEC, ASCE and other standards of engineering design and will conduct the reviews of, plans and specifications, material lists, and construction documents. This role will serve to interface between the Distribution Engineering group and other stakeholders such as project planning, environmental, permitting, and construction management.
