• Provide administrative support to the Division Leader and other leaders within the division.
• Collaborate with other Division Administrative Coordinators and Corporate Service representatives as needed to implement companywide initiatives, business support activities, data management tasks, data validation activities, and training.
• Input, maintain, and verify data in Deltek Vantagepoint and other ERP/CRM systems used by the division.
• Train team members on the standards and use of the ERP/CRM systems.
• Communicate division administrative standards and processes to the administration team within the division.
• Provide administrative training to the division administration team.
• Facilitate the flow of financial information from the Division leader to the division leadership team.
• Support division communication and information management platforms.
• Assist in travel accommodations and logistics for the Division Leader and other team members.
• Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting notes for division meetings.
• Assist in planning division events.
• Support marketing and pursuit efforts and other business development initiatives as needed.
• Other administrative tasks as directed but not limited to:
  
  • Manage the Division Leader calendar, including setting appointments, scheduling, etc.
  • Track organizations and events for the executive team.
  • Complete expense reports.

• Construction document production support for commercial and utility scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects.
• Coordinate with design team disciplines including civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, and surveyors
• Utilize AutoCAD to create construction documents and perform quantity takeoffs. Construction documents will include site layouts, wire/cable routing plans, one lines, details, equipment/wire schedules, etc.
• Create wiring/cable schedules based takeoffs and sizing input from senior designers/engineers
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of Westwood design/CAD standards

• Site Engineering design of utility scale wind, solar projects and battery storage.
• Engineering design includes: array grading, road grading, road plan and profile, turbine pad grading, facility grading, stormwater crossing design, cross sections, erosion control plans, utility crossing, and storm water management facilities
• Due diligence and site investigation
• Quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Preparation of specifications and details
• Preparation of permit applications
• Construction administration
• Design and production in AutoCAD Civil 3D software
• Day-to-day support in developing the engineering design and plan production of renewable projects.
• Other duties as assigned by the Lead Engineer.

• Develop detailed system models that accurately represent the plant in design and perform a variety of studies, including short circuit and effective grounding, load flow and reactive power, harmonics, insulation coordination, power and energy loss, concentric neutral induced voltage, arc flash, grounding, lightning risk assessments, and transient studies for switching and overvoltage.
• Produce written reports conveying study results within the project schedule.
• Coordinate with internal project leads and project managers, as well as external clients, owners, and related engineers (such as independent and owner’s engineers).
• Review the work of others performing similar studies to ensure product quality prior to client submission.
