The position is for an electrical engineer to support interconnection and design of EV charging facilities and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Facilities, which includes: BESS sites layout, EV charger site layout, selecting and sizing appropriate distribution/collection equipment and conductors, and determining interconnection requirements. • Perform electrical engineering design and creation of construction documents for projects
• Responsible for performing electrical calculations and studies such as short circuit, load flow calculations and voltage drop.
• Maintain awareness of currently available equipment and industry best practices
• Collaborate with and support electrical engineering teams in other offices as projects and workload sharing between offices dictates.
