Directors ensure the group is operating in compliance with client procedures, design standards, state and federal regulatory requirements, and safety code requirements, and, at times, collaborate closely with managers of other groups on staffing and resource needs. In addition to driving the direction of the group from a technical and operations focus, candidates will work directly with Division leaders to expand our geographic footprint and client base.
