The Brand & Marketing group provides oversight and support for Westwood’s brand, corporate marketing, traditional and digital marketing, and internal and external communications. The group enhances messaging and aligns marketing and communications activities with Westwood’s mission, vision, values, and strategic business objectives.
This position reports to the Communications Manager and supports the organization by promoting alignment and consistency of Westwood’s brand and messaging.
As a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will support internal and external communications through a variety of projects that leverage your writing, creativity, and organizational skills. Your exceptional attention to detail will help keep projects on track and drive success across the business. In this role, you will support communication efforts related to Westwood’s brand, employee engagement, and business initiatives, including content development, vendor coordination, company events, and research. You will also help manage internal communications platforms and explore emerging tools, including AI, to enhance communication effectiveness and efficiency.
