Ensuring compliance with client procedures, design standards, and applicable state and federal regulatory and safety requirements, this role operates with a high degree of technical independence while actively supporting the Lead Engineer in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

With 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, the Senior Engineer serves as a technical authority and subject matter expert within the distribution design team, mentors mid-level engineers, conducts peer reviews, and collaborates cross-functionally with substation, transmission, renewable energy, power storage, and communications design teams. This role also carries meaningful client relationship responsibilities — maintaining trusted relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities to grow the firm's distribution practice.
