• Supervise technical staff in the preparation of utility engineering designs, cost estimates, and customer billing.

• Prepare right-of-way engineering deliverables using Bentley MicroStation, including: appraisal maps, resolution of necessity exhibits, and other plats, maps, drawings, and exhibits as needed.
• Assist with property boundary research, including title and survey records from local, state, and federal sources.
• Prepare computations, perform boundary analysis, and prepare exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Prepare written real property descriptions to support acquisitions through conventional and eminent domain processes.
• Conduct quality control peer reviews to verify compliance with rigorous technical standards.
• Assist with the ongoing development of processes and systems.
• Coordinate and work with field crews and other office staff.
