Frequent travel (2 or 3 nights at a time) within the United States should be expected with some potential for long term travel which could last for a few weeks. The role emphasizes risk reduction, constructability, and field based judgment, with responsibility spanning NPDES construction stormwater permitting, SWPPP implementation, BMP performance, soil management, reclamation, and final stabilization.
