• Create, refine, and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance insights (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Excel, and, PowerPoint).

Market Research:
• Identify research and develop methodologies for measurement and reporting.

• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems, including CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
• Monitor lead generation, tracking, and distribution processes, optimizing efficiency.
• Monitor internal and external engagement to ensure the effectiveness of activities/initiatives/campaigns.
• Support developing and implementing marketing automation workflows to enhance employee and client engagement.
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices.
Data Analysis and Insights:
• Utilize analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
• Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Assist in defining KPIs and performance benchmarks for marketing and brand campaigns and initiatives.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of brand and marketing strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement for both current and new initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and outside agency to conduct A/B tests and experiments, optimizing campaign performance.
