• Prepare, monitor, and manage variable expense budgets for the office (ex: office supplies, employee relations).
• Manage office Giving Back budget and activities.

• Disperse information and updates to local staff at monthly town hall meetings.
• Manage the activities, performance and training of local Administrative Assistant.
• Ensure the front desk is staffed and phone calls are covered during business hours.
• Welcome and create a tone of professionalism for office visitors (employees, clients, vendors, etc.).
• Work with divisions to offer a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires and promotions within the office.
• Solicit, select, and manage office vendors, and suppliers as directed by the Business Administrator.
• Work with local leadership to help coordinate internal meetings and meetings with clients.
• Responsible for event coordination within the office.
• Provide expert subject matter assistance to all staff on the Vantagepoint/Deltek ERP system.
• Work with Business Administrator to facilitate IT service and support for the office.
• Ensure the office is represented within Westwood’s Safety and Health & Wellness groups.
• Monitor office space and seating status working with division leadership.
• Other duties as assigned by the Business Administrator and Regional Office Manager.

  • Develop and coordinate service-specific education and staff development.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring and empowerment to transportation service staff throughout California.
  • Works with Regional Service Leader, and local leaders to develop short- and long-term growth plans for the transportation service.
  • Ensure company culture, policies and procedures are consistently implemented within the service group.
  • Stay current on service-specific trends, technology, software, hardware and equipment. Drive value based on innovation.
  • Work with  Regional Service Leader, and local leaders to develop and implement standards for work products specific to the service such as design standards, reports, specifications, data files, etc.
  • Responsible for service-based workload coordination across the region.
  • Advise Regional Service Leader, and local leaders in hiring decisions and identify technical resource needs as it relates to the service group in the region.
  • Support market-based and/or service-based business development in each office in the region by providing technical expertise and transportation revenue generation.
  • Work with Regional Service Leader, and local leaders to:
    • Develop and implement a strategic plan to advance the service in California
    • Advance service initiatives within the California offices
    • Support the goals of the division
    • Provide advice in hiring decisions
