• Selects, recommends, performs, and directs procedures and preparation of preliminary and final design

• Prepare/assist with monthly invoice and supporting information creation and distribute invoices to project managers for updates and approvals.
• ERP (VantagePoint) entry, tracking, and data management.
• Support project managers, subconsultants, and clients with billing questions and issues.
• Assist Project Managers with project and contract administration set-up.
• Complete, obtain signatures, and re-distribute lien waivers back to project managers and clients.
• Prepare/assist with monthly monitoring and follow up on outstanding A/R balances.
• Prepare/assist with month end reporting and statements.
• Other misc. administrative and operational functions as assigned.

Work as a key member of an airport design team under the direction of a Project Engineer/Project Manager. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Spatial analysis is the dominant portion of the job duties envisioned for this position, but will be balanced with a variety of cartography, field staff support, and research and development.
• Provide independent data interpretation while effectively maintaining data documentation.
• Create and modify GIS datasets; manage and maintain legacy GIS datasets; develop and implement GIS-based analyses supporting civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, public infrastructure, and survey projects.

• Construction document production support for commercial and utility scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects
• Coordinate with design team disciplines including civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, and surveyors
• Utilize AutoCAD to create construction documents and perform quantity takeoffs. Construction documents will include site layouts, wire/cable routing plans, one lines, details, equipment/wire schedules, etc.
• Create wiring/cable schedules based on takeoffs and sizing input from senior and staff designers/engineers
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of Westwood design/CAD standards
