Planners are hired to lead Westwood’s planning efforts, which was traditionally the survey staff’s job.
Westwood’s begins a partnership with their first major national homebuilder client.
Westwood begins to offer traffic studies.
Westwood completes their first major highway project: Boone Ave highway interchange over 1-494 in Minneapolis.
Westwood opens Westwood Survey Company in Brooklyn Park, MN and expands their survey crew.
The company changed its name from Westwood Planning and Engineering to Westwood Professional Services, Inc., to better reflect its growing service offerings.
Westwood creates an Environmental Services team.
