The Site Design Intern will join a civil site design team, applying relevant coursework and experience to the engineering and design of land development projects. Projects range from small commercial pad sites to large residential subdivisions and mixed-use developments for private developers, homebuilders, and municipal clients. As a Site Design Intern, the selected candidate will learn to apply industry standards — including ASCE, local stormwater codes, and jurisdictional design criteria — in the engineering design process and will assist Senior Engineers in the preparation of grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans.

The Land Planning Intern will join a land planning team supporting entitlement, zoning, and master planning services for land development projects, including residential subdivisions, commercial centers, and mixed-use communities. Projects range from due diligence and feasibility studies to master plans and rezoning applications for private developers, homebuilders, and public agencies.
