We value communities.

Not only do we design communities, we raise our families in them and understand the importance of keeping them healthy and thriving. Westwood employees support families and communities across the country with donations of our time, money, and talents. Our people often donate professional services to support a cause, we help create a healthy environment by delivering sensible and responsible designs, and we support the next generation of industry professionals with scholarship opportunities for college students. Our Community Partnering program ensures that communities feel the benefit of our work on major projects.

Our children shape future generations - and their success depends on what we do today. To support them the best that we can, we contribute to nurturing, healthy, and safe environments for families. There are so many ways to help, like making and delivering meals, building homes, donating clothes, and just spending time with those less fortunate.

Westwood employees actively volunteer for Feed My Starving Children, Toys-for-Tots, Habitat for Humanity, and much more. Whether helping out through company-sponsored functions, or as part of our churches or communities, volunteering is a way to make an immediate difference in someone’s life. We encourage participation in all sorts of things from volunteering at local farms and food shelves to Christmas caroling at hospitals and senior care facilities. Giving of our time and talent will support better environments for future generations.

We have raised and contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to worthy causes. Most of those causes are near and dear to our employees. We support and encourage staff to lead fundraisers and often provide a match to boost donation potential.

As a company, Westwood shares our successes by donating a portion of our profits to charitable organizations throughout the year. By supporting youth development, medical research,
underprivileged families, and other impactful causes, we contribute to the good health and wellbeing of future generations.
