Ashley is a Director of Business Development on the corporate team with over 15 years of experience in the AEC Industry. Since joining Westwood in 2016, Ashley has been instrumental in driving sustained, organic revenue growth and ensuring alignment across our company’s strategic initiatives. Ashley collaborates across divisions to develop and implement business development strategies and best practices. Additionally, Ashley invests in the professional growth of the Westwood team through mentorship and coaching, helping to strengthen the team’s skill set. She works to empower project teams with measurable and actionable growth plans and by fostering a culture of ownership around client relationships and client pursuits.

Ashley has a proven track record for developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships and strategic partnerships. Her extensive industry knowledge and pulse on the ever-evolving landscape continues to strengthen Westwood’s position in the market.

A recognized leader in the industry, Ashley is a Past President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Fort Worth, an affiliate of CREW Network, and a graduate of The Real Estate Council’s (TREC) Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2019.
