Blair is the Vice President of Renewables at Westwood, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in consulting engineering, construction management, and the renewable energy and electric utility markets. Blair is known for his deep expertise in strategy, operations, project management, and finance; all essential to driving sustainable project outcomes and meeting evolving client needs.

Prior to joining Westwood, Blair led Terracon’s Power Generation & Transmission sector. His team worked on high-impact wind, solar, and transmission projects across North America, with a focus on foundation innovation and development risk reduction.

Blair is recognized as an expert in renewable energy and frequently provides expert testimony in the energy sector. He also supports M&A due diligence and valuation efforts in the industry. His unique blend of experience in utility operations, regulation, construction, and engineering positions him as a strategic leader helping shape the future of clean energy development.
